Cantonese Style Pork and Shrimp Dumplings
These were the best dumplings I ever had! The only thing I changed was I used a lb of pork and doubled everything else. Glad I did because they were sooo good. Also made hoisin sauce to dip. Thanks!!

Emily's Famous Hash Browns
This did not turn out the way it says it should or else I did something really wrong. It turned out like mush and had to keep adding butter so it wouldn't stick. Maybe I need to dry the potatoes better?

Thai Basil Rolls with Hoisin-Peanut Sauce
I only tried the hoisin sauce recipe and was way too peanuterbutter tasting. It also made too much sauce for the 40 dumplings I made.
