I've tried now about 4 different breading styles and to date, this one's the best. Tastes a little like KFC (I think they use cornflakes instead of rice crispies though.)I also used Mexican four-cheese in place of the cheddar. The chicken was baked on a pie cooling rack over a pizza pan and basted in butter every 5 minutes

Ideal beginners cheesecake. Made a crust of 2cps crushed graham crackers, ½cp brn sugar, ½cp butter and a tsp. of cinnamon and that added a touch of heaven to an already good recipe. Great starting point for other flavors.

And thats without the cheese. I inadvertantly forgot to mix in the cheese but fortunately got all the other spices and ingrediants called for and it was still restaurant-quality, first class. Great church meal
