About this Cook
Well... I've lived in 3 different continents throughout my life, I love food, my family could probably open up a fusion restaurant, and I just love being in the kitchen!
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking anything new, spontainiously and original. I particularly like cooking with different spices and experiment flavors- paprika, cumin, turmeric, za'atar, dried fruits, olive oil, garlic, ginger, curry- you name it!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I'm a Jew of Morrocan and Polish descent, and lots of different and beautiful traditions- the Sabbath meal on Friday night with family and friends, when we eat hallah bread, and eat all this delicious foods once per week- than you have all the High Holidays and Passover, and all the other little things- that ALWAYS involve food!!! It is ALWAYS a time for family, and it is just love enjoying good food with good times with the family!

Pineapple Chicken Delight
We loved this recipe at home... I made a few changes to it. Instead of using green peppers I made it with red peppers, added some carrots, potatoes, and pineapple chunks- I stuffed a whole chicken with the veggies and slow cooked it in the oven for a few hours... it was awesome! Thanks.
