Garlic Shrimp Pasta
Used 5 tablespoon of butter.Dillweed and some dill seed..A little bit of crushed pepper. 4 cloves of Garlic...Used alot of grated parmesan cheese. Which saved the day!! The more the better! Pepper on top...had a Marinara sauce on the side...So you see I changed it a great deal..but it made it by doing that. :0)

Wonderful Meatloaf
First of all. I never cook rice..So I almost wrecked the recipe with too much rice.Because it said 3/4 c. cooked rice..I did not know the ratio to cook up raw rice to this amount.Yes, I take credit for this .My children would not eat it...I added an egg..The meatloaf fell apart..Nothing held together. I am a very good cook..Most items I cook are gourmet. Maybe there was something extra that i should have added. I would be willing to try again with I could resolve the recipe..

Tender Italian Baked Chicken
The moistist chicken I have ever had. I would leave out the italian spices next time..and use plain bread crums. I cooked 8 chicken legs. I cooked them for 30 minutes. And covered them with foil and cooked them for 4 more minutes.I used my dands to apply the mayo. mix with real parmesan cheese..not the grated kind.
