Baked Honey Nut Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2006
My husband & I absolutely loved this recipe. I did add some oregano, pepper and garlic powder to the egg mixture for a bit more flavor. Goes great with mashed potatoes too. This is now one of our favorite ways to fix chicken!

Easy Pasta Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2006
This recipe was very quick and easy to make and tasted pretty good. I did use a little less pasta and canned mushrooms instead of fresh (which I drained). I also used regular stewed tomatoes since that's all I had on hand, so I just added some extra oregano, garlic and basil to the sauce. Next time I think I may stir some extra cheese into the pasta mixture to make it a little bit cheesier. Overall, this is a great recipe to keep on hand when you don't have much time and need something fast.

I used this recipe while making my first pie crust. It was simple to make and I had no difficulty rolling the dough. It also baked very well and tasted great!

I made my first pie ever yesterday, using this recipe for the filling. It turned out great and everyone really liked it. I will definitely be making this again.

Chai Tea Mix

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2006
A friend of mine recently turned me on to Chai tea and I love it. I decided to try out this recipe and compare it to some of the powdered mixes I purchase at the store. I loved it! I did reduce the sugar to 1-1/2 cups however, based on several of the other reviews. Next time I may reduce the ginger to 1 tsp. as it was a bit strong. I gave a container of this mix to my friend at her holiday party and I can't wait to see what she thinks. Great recipe!
