I enjoy cooking and trying new things. I'm 22 and a recent graduate from Bethel College in Indiana, where I studied business with minors in Economics and English. I'm a chef for my parents and friends. I love to entertain and put together a wide variety of options for everybody's different palat. My family has a heritage of great cooks, so I've been active in the kitchen since childhood.
My favorite things to cook
Pasta dishes, casseroles, desserts, new side dishes. Cruisines like Mexican, Italian, and Creole. I rarely like to cook the same thing twice.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Letuafisk & Lefsa during Christmas. Turkey for Thanksgiving. Angel Food Cake for Birthdays. Party snack: Tortilla Rolls.

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd
Fail, my bacon was not crispy at allll, what a let-down. Next time I will stick with my handy-dandy microwave.

World's Best Pasta Sauce!
Great flavor but too much meat for my preference. Next time I would only do 1/2 of the meat porportions.

Baked Acorn Squash with Apricot Preserves
I would add some brown sugar. Layered butter, brown sugar, preserve.
