I have to give this recipe 3 stars only because of my love for baked chicken... I was sooo disappointed in this sweet greasy chicken, I can't believe it got such great reviews!!! I think that anyone can find a better chicken recipe here...Try Apricot Chicken I submitted by Shirley Rickey for a wonderful sweet baked chicken... Sorry to be so negative!!!

This recipe is so awsome because of its versatility...I used chunky bleu cheese dressing instead of mayo, and 4 green onions. Also used colby jack for the cheese...Very good! And I cant wait to try this with other ingredients, like spinach, sausage, and tomato??!!! The possibilties are endless.....

My family and I thought this recipe was awsome... As with others, I used fresh mushrooms, added peas and red peppers for color, and a bit of garlic with extra curry for flavor. I served it with basmati rice but think I'll try it with pasta next time...Maybe penne? Thanks for helping me get rid of that leftover turkey!!!
