I've been cooking for 28+ years in every type of restaurant you can think of. I started at McD's when I was 14. I now run a dinner theatre buffet feeding upwards of 500+ a day.

My mother taught my brother and I how to cook because her 2 brothers could not even make Kraft Dinner when they moved out on their own.
