Soft Oatmeal Cookies
I made these with my 6-yr-old daughter. We separated the dough into three parts and mixed one with raisins, one with dried cranberries and the biggest one with chocolate chips. They're delicious!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
I used boneless skinless chicken thighs, light dressing, and slightly less bbq sauce. It was excellent!

Focaccia Bread
Just the best, and very easy too! I make it without the dried thyme because I find the taste a little bitter. Also, I use olive oil instead of vegetable oil.
