English Royalty Chocolate Chip Scones

This was my first time making scones. They were so easy to make and were delicious. I ended up using 8TBL of butter and 5 or 6 TBL of Orange juice as some other reivews suggested. I will definetly make these again.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

These were simply scrumptious. I doubled the recipe and I added an entire 15 oz can of pumpkin. Once cooled, I topped them with cream cheese frosting. Very good and simple to bake.

Cheesiest Potato Soup

this was excellent.. i used the half and half that other's suggested..i also add extra cheese, and kept some of the potatos whole for a chunkier soup.. all in all it was excellent

Toffee Chunk Cheesecake

This was my first ever cheeesecake. It came out fabulous. I had to up the bake time. It was hard to tell when it was done because it was still jiggly. I made it for a party and it got rave reviews.
