This was an excellent pasta salad. I did make a few changes as some members suggested. I used the colorful rotini pasta instead of shells. I also used half of the Asiago cheese and used provolone for the other half. I also used whole olives (so olive haters could pick them out) as was suggested by another member. I mixed it up with the olives too - I used half black and half green! I didn't see this suggested, but I didn't want to chop tomatoes, so I just bought a can of pre-diced and seasoned tomatoes. And last I did follow a suggestion and cut back on the oregano, even though I love oregano. All in all it was great, and I'll definetely use it again! Thanks so much Dayna - I've been looking for a great pasta salad for awhile!
