I am a trainee teacher - only a few months to go! - to be a Business Studies teacher. I love to cook and holidays are great for trying new foods. I love asian food (there is an asian element to my family) and also the different foods to be found across Europe. I love to try anything new, especially if the recipe looks a bit crazy on paper. I love scones and cream for a traditional cream tea with my family on Sundays. I was really pleased when I made choux pastry for the first time. My bread machine the first time I cooked some 'different' bread other than plain white... it didn't cook thoroughly!
