Pecan Pie Bars II
I have made this recipe several times and gotten rave reviews from all my family and friends. It's quick and easy and recipients will think you spent time and effort on them! Tastes like a mini slice of pecan pie!!!!

Corn Potato Pancakes
Excellent! My husband and I found this very tasty. As most cooks, I altered slightly. Grated the onion, added some shredded cheese. I fried my mixture in vegetable and olive oil. Enjoy

Cowboy Mashed Potatoes
Absolutely wonderful and satisfying. I cut down on the amount of garlic; we are not fans of garlic. My husband raved over these potatoes. Definitely worth the try .... a KEEPER!
