I am a happily married homemaker. I have 6 children ranging from 21 to 13 years of age. I enjoy life to it's fullest. I love to cook and create new dishes. My favorite things to make are soups, salads, and main dishes for dinner. Most of all my ultimate favorite things are dessert dishes. Good home southern cooking. I have mastered making the best fudge and sauces for grilling. I always say all awesome cooks have to have a few flops. One of my biggest was Thanksgiving pumpkin pie. I made them from scratch and forgot to add sugar. Boy, they looked great. I became red faced when my guest anticipated a favorite tradition and could not swallow their first bite. All memorable tragities deserve a good laugh.
