Glazed Chicken Wings
As others suggested, I cooked wings for 30 mins a side (frozen). Also seasoned with garlic powder, salt and pepper. then dipped hot wings in the sauce for a minute or so. popped back in oven for 20-30 mins. So yummy! my kids loved them. I think I will try them on drumsticks and thighs and maybe add redpepper flakes next time. will be making these again and again.

Soft Sandwich Buns
I can not say enought good things about this recipe! I followed directions and made in the bread machine. I divided the dough in half. With one half I rolled and cut with a biscuit cutter. the other half, I just made balls (a little nuts I weighted each ball with a kitchen scale to make equal). could not tell the difference once baked. So, i will just roll into balls when i make them from now on. And I will be making these once a week or so from no on. My kids loved them.

Breaded Chicken Fingers
I made this recipe and loved it. Once cooked I chilled it over night and packed it for a road trip. It was very good the next day right out of the picnic basket. This will be on the menu often at my home.
