We really loved this recipe! The only changes I made was that I doubled the sauce recipe as others suggested, and I used chicken breasts just because my family prefers white meat. But a very moist tasty chicken dish!

Baked Ziti Casserole

I made this recipe last night for dinner and it was a big hit...especially for my picky 6 yr old! I didn't have any ricotta in the house so I just substituted it with cottage cheese and it was delicious. I might add a little more sauce next time because we just like it a little saucier. Nice quick week night meal!

Cheesy Potato Soup II

This recipe was a hit with my husband! It was so fast and easy. I did use chicken broth instead of water and cheese whiz instead of the slices. Thanks for a great soup!
