Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
outstanding! after reading reviews, I decided to replace the jalepenos with more mild green chiles and to only add 1/4 tsp of cayenne. It was still plenty spicy for me. I also took about a third of the soup before I added the cheese (I dodged most of the chicken)and pureed it and then put it back in the pot to thicken it up. The puree really makes the flavors and the consistency come together nicely.
