This was very very good. Everyone loved this recipe. I will be using this from now on. Like others I did make some general changes. Used 10 cups of cubed bread, 2 cups of onion, 2 cups of celery, 2 large apples (Jonagold), 1 cup dried cranberries, 2 1/2 cups stock, 2 eggs. Also used 1 pound Sage Pork Sausage. Baked at 375 covered with foil for 30 mins and uncovered for 30 mins. Yielded a large 16 X 10 Pyrex baking dish.
