Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
We had this for dinner last night and it was terrific. My husband put it together and said it was very easy. The chicken was moist and tender and the filling was yummy. We did not change a thing from the recipe.

Chicken Provolone
This recipe has a lot of potential. It was very good with the exception of the stuffing. I believe the recipe should read 16 oz of stuffing mix PREPARED. Next time that is was I will do.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle
I rated this recipe back in 2002 with 5 stars. I have since bought a new microwave, have made this with cashews, pistachios, etc. and this is still the best recipe I have ever used. I use the lowest times on the recipe and it never fails. I also live in Texas which is very humid (today we had dense fog) and it is never mushy. Thanks so much for years of a great recipe.
