Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
Loved this! Made into muffins, couldn't find my loaf pan. My husband thought it needed cream cheese icing, so I made up some for him, but I thought fine without the icing. I had been craving pumpkin, and this hit the spot.

Banana Bread Cookies
I made these into bars rather than cookies. Didn't use the icing, used powdered sugar instead. I used half butter/half regular shortening. Half brown sugar/half white artifical sweetner. Hubby,myself and daughter all really enjoyed these. I also used 2 banannas. And a teaspoon of cinnamon.

Almost No Fat Banana Bread
I made no changes to the recipe and was very disappointed. Very rubbery and no taste.
