Peppered Bacon and Tomato Linguine
We thought it was very good, but needed something! I had peeled and cut up some fresh tomatoes and had frozen them before they got too ripe, so I used those instead of the canned ones. I believe the problem was that it needed salt, which the canned ones would have had! I added the bacon just before serving also. It was even better the next day I thought! I added a little bit of butter before I heated up the leftovers and didn't use any bacon. It was really good!!
