White Chili with Chicken
If you're looking for a good White Chicken Chili, look no further! Two things I did, I added an extra Jalapeno as one doesn't give it much heat (seeded) and I used a Rotiserrie Chicken from the supermarket. Make sure to saute the onion/pepper & garlic, very important, and if it browns on the bottom of the pan...GOOD! When you add the broth just scrape it up, it adds the most wonderful flavor! Thank you to Christy for posting this!

Broiled Scallops
these were terrible...followed the directions to a tee...came out with a dish full of liquid and I'm not sure they were even done...deleted from my box and will not make again.

Sausage Cheese Bites Snack
you must use a sausage with a spice in it to make this delicious. My local butcher blends his own with a special spice and it is not only salty but just a hint of spice (won't tell me what). Otherwise this has always been a hit when I make it. I don't add the water though and yes it takes time to get the items to blend, but well worth it.
