My dad always likes ham for the special occations we spend with him.  I'm looking for some great side dishes (besides all carb dishes, he and I are diabetic) to go with the ham.  He is also fixing scalloped potatoes, so beyond that we haven't picked anything else out.  Please… MORE

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
I got this recipe at least 20 years ago from a co-worker and have made them every year at the holidays and they are a hit! You must use a mini muffin pan and yes they don't look done when finished baking but they are! These are the best!

Ice Cream Sandwich Desserts
Soooooo Easy! This is one of my son's favorite desserts now. And like others noted you can so play with this one, by using different crushed items, and nuts, and also different toppings. Highly recommend this one.
