Traditional Pita Bread
This recipe did make some good rolls, butr there is NO way I would ever call this "pita bread" It is FAR from being any kind of pita. It came out like a thick dinner roll, it wasnt flat, there was no air in the middle seperating the insides, it doesnt even look like pita bread. I dont know how the picture being used was created from this recipe. It doenst even LOOK like that at all. I wont be using this recipe again unless I want some super easy rolls.

Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf
It seems that apricot was the favorite alternative to pineapple, but I used banana. It was delicious. I'm not really too into pineapple and I didn't have any apricot preserves so I just mushed up some banana. I also used natural maple syrup instead of brown sugar. This was THE best meat load I have EVER had. I will NEVER make a different meatloaf ever again. Try it with banana instead of pineapple, its great. And if you are looking to go just a lil lighter try the maple instead of sugar. It really turned out wonderfully.

Becky's Chicken Salad
I made some changes, used what others had suggested. I used toasted walnuts and added one green apple peeled and chopped. I used just under 1/2 cup spraycan wipped cream and a couple spoonfuls more than 1/2 cup mayo. I also added a touch or yellow mustard, I know it seems it would clash with the sweetness but it gave it the flavor it need it. Just a pinch. I used a bit more chicken then called for, some canned breast meat and some breast cooked with oil onion powder and paprika. With these minor adjustments it was DELISHIOUS. Good recipie to adjust to your taste. My boyfriend said it was "soooo bomb". Thats good. :-D
