The overall flavor was good in these cookies. I used 62% cocoa chocolate chips so they were not too sweet as other reviewers had stated. The cookies were pretty soft/chewy. There was no outside crunch which i like. It might have been the rainy weather though. Overall a good cookie though.

This was very tasty bread. I did not have any sunflower seeds so I substituted cracked wheat what I soaked in water for 45 mintues.

This recipe really surprised me despite all the good reviews I was skeptical for some reason. Well I was very wrong. This was sooo delicious. I couldn't even believe how good they turned out. I took it to an Indian dinner party and no one believed I made them. I followed renatob suggestions by adding 1/2t soda and I cooked them in a skillet on medium heat with a lid. 2 minutes on the first side and 1 minute in the flip side. AMAZING. I am making this recipe again today. Thanks for a wonderful recipe.
