Baked Flan
Excellent! I tried 3 of the other Flan recipes listed in this website and by far, this is my favorite one (so far). Didn't taste "eggy", the texture was good and the method with the water "bath" yielded a much nicer flan all around. It wasn't too sweet either. Where it calls for 1 cup of milk, since I only had fat free, I used a cup of "evaporated" milk.. I think next time I'll use 3 cups all together of the heavy cream. Nice recipe.. thanks!
