My husband is a meat and potatoes kind of guy and a fabulous chef so I'm always trying to "out do" him. I love to cook anything easy that he can give me a big "yum" for.

Grilled Garlic Artichokes
These are the best!!! A new regular on our menu. I've always liked artichokes but now I think I LOVE them! The basting sauce is great with fish as well so double the sauce and make an easy dinner. Thanks for the great recipe.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad
I made this last night and woke up wishing I had leftovers. I used grapes due to the fact that my husband hates rasins (he even had seconds). Thanks for the great recipe.
