I was excited to make this but the end result was just ok. Needs a lot of additions like more garlic, salt, Rosemary, whatever else sounds good. Otherwise it's very bland. I guess it's a good base recipe!

I made this for Thanksgiving and my family was too impressed! It was beautiful when it came out of the skillet! I also soaked my pineapple in rum as someone had suggested. Everyone thought I cheated and stopped at the bakery. Great cake!

Made this for dinner last night and it was great. When I first tasted the sauce I was like "Wow!" I used half & half instead of heavy cream and had to thicken with corn starch but I expected that. I also used light butter and skipped the oil that is caled for to cut down on fat and calories. It was still wonderful!
