Busy Mom Peach Cobbler
This was great! I ended up using 2 15 oz cans of peaches. And I was worried that it wouldnt all fit into the 8x8 pan. But it fit perfect and turned out yummy. I would also next time sprinkle brown sugar on top instead of white sugar.

Daddy's Fried Corn and Onions
This was great. I also used canned corn and I added some leftover diced tomatoes. This is how I will be making corn from now on. I loved it.
