Amish Breakfast Casserole

Chocolate Cherry Cake I
My family liked it. My only problem was the frosting. It was not very thick and wasn't sure if it was suppose to be a glaze or spreadable frosting.

Fresh Tomato Salsa
LOVED IT!!!! I didn't measure everything - only the salt, and I used part of a pablano pepper instead of serrano peppers and used lemon juice instead of lime. A coworker and I just ate the whole batch for lunch - making more for tomorrow.
