Pecan Rice
This is a great recipe--lots of flavor and suits as a side dish for all sorts of meat, I didn't change a thing. Can be made ahead and just reheated in the micro. Thanks

Special Banana Bread
Absolutely the best banana bread. My son-in-law raved about it and I won't use another recipe again. I added raisins instead of nuts and I may try both next time. Thanks
