Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever
Great flavor but too sweet. It was also very crisp and fell a part as I tried to eat it. Not my favorite.

Carrot Cake III
Good carrot cake recipe - I like a spicy carrot cake so I added another 1/4 t. of allspice, ground clove, nutmeg and ginger as well as an extra t. of cinnamon. It is a little bland without these additions. I also exchanged half of the oil for applesauce to make it a little healthier.

White Mountain Frosting
This is my favorite frosting. Very light and fluffy and great on chocolate cake.
