Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Awesome oatmeal cookies! I refrigerated the dough for 1 hour before baking them and that made the cookies thicker. These cookies did not last very long in my house - they were gobbled up FAST!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
Absolutely fabulous cookies!! The cookies are soft and super flavorful. The only addition to the original recipe is that I added 1 teaspoon of salt other than that these are the PERFECT chocolate chip cookie! The gals at work insist that I bring them in and share.
