Caramel Apple Pork Chops
The concept sounds perfect but I have once again made tough dry pork chops. I love this sauce combination and will use again, but have to find a different way to cook the pork so it turns out moist and tender. Something I can't seem to do with pork unless I roast it in a bag, like a pork roast.

Pecan Pie V
My first attempt at Pecan Pie turned out fantastic. Only change was I only increased the pecans to 1 1/2 cups and that is it. I never even liked pecan pie before because I associated it with being sicky sweet and gooey, I really liked this though, and because of my husband's raving over it and the ease in making this pie I now will include this as a new recipe to stand by for the holidays.

Stuffed Pork Chops III
I addded dehydrated mushrooms and minced onion to the stuffing. Used Vegetable stock instead of beef, and added white wine to the stock as well. First time stuffing pork chops. Never thought of it before.
