Simple Hamburger Stroganoff
This was so good! I even used 1/2 fat free and 1/2 light for both the sour cream and cream cheese and 97% fat free for the cream of mushroom and it turned out delicious!

Chicken Salsa Pizza
This was very good however I could only eat so much. My husband loved it and finished the whole thing. One change I made which I probably wouldn't suggest was I ground the salsa in the blender because I don't like the chunks but the crust got very soggy and I think it was because of this. Next time I might try using taco sauce instead of salsa. I use that to make Taco Pizza and it turns out great.

Gumbo Style Chicken Creole
This recipe was really good! A bit time consuming but worth it. The only changes I made were I used Extra Virgin Olive Oil instead of the vegetable oil and only cooked it with the flour for about a minute. I was afraid it was going to dry out. Also I didn't add in any parsley because as I was making it I realized I didn't have any. You couldn't tell anything was missing. I seasoned the chicken with red pepper, hot sauce, Tastefully Simple Chili Powder and Fiesta Party dip mix while it cooked in a crock pot during the day. I served it all over rice and it was delicious!
