The smell alone got me!! I just eyeballed everything and my breasts were almost too thick so the outside got blackened, but I liked it that way. I used real garlic and sauteed garlic chips with the chicken. Love the lime and used 2 whole limes. I get so sick & tired of trying to find new chicken recipes and am thrilled with this because it is so flavorful. They also tasted great in fajitas as my husband ate them!

This is EXACTLY the potato salad recipe that i was looking for. I read every single recipe on this web-site and chose this one. It is simple and exactly what potato salad should taste like! No funky ingredients but very versatile to suit individual tastes. I didn't have celery so I added some shredded carrot, used red potatos and onions. Any beginner could make this and still feel confident with stylizing it to fit your taste!
