Cinnamon Sour Cream Biscuits
These are like cinnamon rolls....only way easier! My husband loved them and loaded it up with butter in the middle and icing on top! I used yogurt instead of sour cream and omitted milk, as per another reviewer. When they came out, I felt like they were bit more moist/doughy in the middle than I would like. I put them back in the oven for several minutes longer, but I don't think it helped much. Oh well - the Husband loved them as is. :)

Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi with Soy Shiso Ginger Butter Sauce
The sauce is quite incredible. I followed one reviewer's advice and used two small lemons instead of just one, and that made it way too tart! I had to add sugar to balance it out, but that ended up adding a nice touch of sweetness.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Every time I make this, people (including my husband and I) who have never liked banana bread start to go crazy because they can't get enough of this! This is the most delish breakfast bread, dessert, snack ever! I like to slice three bananas into the batter, omit the nuts, and generously sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top before I put it into the oven. Amazing!
