Cranberry Sauce I
Yum! I used half white and half brown sugar. Also used 3/4 cup OJ and 1/4 cup water and added some fresh orange zest into the mix.

Real Hummus
Didn't change much. Next time might roast the garlic next time.

Beef Stroganoff III
Used previous user suggestions of 1/3rd cup cream cheese and used fresh mushrooms thrown in from the beginning. We also marinated the beef in red wine for about two hours. Tasted really tender when reheated the next day! Yum!
