The Best Banana Bread
Only used about 1.5 cups flour. Did half white sugar, half brown. Added .5 tsp vanilla extract and a dash of cinnamon. Also didn't have baking soda so I used 2.5 tsp baking powder with a tiny dash of salt (about 1/8 of a tsp). Cooked for about 52 minutes. (Did 45 at first, but it was still wet inside.) Next time I will definitely be adding chopped walnuts to this! It tastes great!
