Basil Cream Chicken
For my tastes, I cut out the pimentos. I also used jar'd basil instead of fresh and used pre-made breadcrumbs. Those were the only changes and the chicken came out delicious. It tastes like something you would get at a fancy restaurant.

Bangers and Mash
I used Polish sausage which did give it more zing. It was okay but it didn't taste any different than if I had served everything separately. I'll have to play with it some more.

Cheese Lovers Lasagna
I used ricotta instead of the cottage cheese. I added a whole head of garlic, oregano, and garlic salt but it was still kinda bland. Definately worth making again.
