Shoyu Chicken
Delicious. I used all the spices labeled as optional but did not find this overly spicy at all. Served with white rice and green salad. This is a keeper.

Smoked Paprika Vinaigrette
This is a delicious vinaigrette. Must be left overnight to blend flavors, though. Had a chef friend over for dinner and servied this over green salad and she raved about it.

Summertime Tomato Salad
At first I thought, whoa, this is way too much onion and way too much seasoned salt. But after letting it marinate overnight, the flavors blended together nicely. However, it makes alot more than 2 servings.
