I'm a stay at home mom of two boys, 14 and 9. I am finishing up my bachelor's degree then on to my master's. I love to cook and wish I could cook every night. Mu husband is awesome. He's always ready to try something new and will never complain (can't say the same for my kids!).

Cranberry Sauce I
So easy and everybody thought I had slaved away to make cranberry sauce from scratch. Little did they know!

Turkey Wild Rice Soup
Yum! I didn't have any sherry, so I used Marsala instead.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana
We (those of us who would eat it) liked this soup. I didn't use bacon, and it still seemed to be kind of greasy. I cut the potatoes in chunks to save on prep time.
