Hi, I'm Star. I love to dance, don't like n00bish, and love to cook. I'm vegetarian, and try to cook healthy foods but I don't really have time... :( Mmmm... sweets... Anything to do with pasta, all things veggie (I love trying stuff!). Polenta. Oh no, not at all the store-bought polenta! I'm talking copper-pot, stirred for hours polenta. My nonna makes it for family dinners, and it's really good! When my mom (a fantastic cook!) told me she thinks my wine sauce is better than hers! Sugar cookies without flour (oops!) that spread all over the pan. And then pizza dough- made in the bread machine, I don't see how I went wrong- that didn't rise and was tough and I couldn't roll it out. I had half an hour until my family got home and had to do something! So we had "thin-crust" pizzas that night.
