Banana Crumb Muffins
These muffins were excellent! Definitely 5 stars. Didn't change a thing. Great use for old bananas.

Zesty Barbeque Marinade
This was really good. I put the marinade in the crock pot with a beef roast. My entire family loved it. I left out the red peppers because of the kids. I used just red hot sauce instead of habenero again for the kids. Next time I will half the recipe because it made a ton of marinade. Definately a keeper.

Taco Pie
My husband and I loved this! Very quick and easy. Could use a little spicing up the next time. Use fat-free sour cream and low fat crescent rolls for a healthy alternative.
