Juicy Roasted Chicken
This is so incredibly easy and tastes fantastic. I also sprinkle liberally with celery salt inside and out and add a little garlic powder. Delicious.

Easy Cheese Ball II
This was excellent!! Just a note, I think this was intended to make two or three smaller cheese balls--I didn't realize that and made one huge one. Still excellent, but smaller ones would have a better ratio of cheese stuff to pecan crusting.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
I've made this recipe over and over and it's always a hit. I like cheese and zip so I add more parmesian and spices but I do everything else just as stated. I imagine you could save time and prepare the meatballs a day ahead to save some prep time for the meal (but I haven't tried this yet).
