After-Christmas Turkey Potpie
I forgot to add the thyme and used a "white" sauce made with chicken stock instead of the soup (didn't have it) and this was still delicious. Definitely a keeper.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
Very nice flavour. Found you don't need to cook for the suggested 2 hours. 1 hour is plenty, but you should check them for tenderness. Made a small change by adding some freshly grated nutmeg to the sauce for a slightly more french taste.

Pumpkin Gingerbread
