Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken
I don't know if I own the hottest slowcooker known to man, but after 3 hours on high I could smell that the chicken was getting overcooked. And it was. Flavor was fine, but not sure I'll try tweaking it next time.

Tangy Cucumber Salad
This was fantastic! It was like a souped up version of the easy "Italian dressing on the cucumbers" marinade. Well worth the extra effort (not that there was that much extra effort involved)!
