Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers
These were wonderful! I din't have bacon or onion. I substituted onion powder and it turned out great. I doubled it except for the egg and this made 8 nice sized hamburgers. I don't know how 1 lb. of hamburger can make 6 patties. They were very juicey and did not fall apart while cooking. This is a keeper!

Marinated Chicken Breasts
I was in charge of a dinner for 80 people and we used this marinade. We used it on chicken tenders and fried them on the stovetop. I reduced the soy sauce to 1/2 cup and eliminated the horseradish sauce. Everyone raved about the chicken and wanted the recipe

Raisin Apple Muffins
This is the best apple muffin I have ever tried. My children ate them as fast as they could. Great!
