Chrissy's Sweet 'n' Sour Tomato Salad
i added cucumbers as suggested. very nice indeed! nxt time i will use balsamic and maybe add some feta cheese.

Corned Beef Hash British Style
this was different. im british and ive never heard of it made this way before. i much prefer the potato, onion, carrot, corned beef and gravy version.
