Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms
My husband was introduced to artichoke hearts with this recipe and he enjoyed it. I loved this recipe but added a few extra mushrooms and capers to my liking.

Grandma's Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy
Was very happy with how tender the pork chops turned out. The recipe did not specify bone-in chops or not, but I used boneless and it worked great. Definately a keeper....even my 3-year old loved it.

Manicotti Italian Casserole
Made this for the family and was happy that it was enough to feed all of us. I prefer to use fresh mushrooms rather than canned and diced a few garden tomatoes and served on top. It was delicious!! Will definately make again.
