Black Bean and Salsa Soup
Very good! Served over white rice in a soup bowl. Yummy! Served with veggie quesadillas. Husband liked it and he's super picky!

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken
Oh so good!! Yummy! Next time I will decrease the butter to 1 tablespoon. Followed the recipe to the T.
