I work and go to school full-time and my husband travels all week for his job in sales, so we don't cook often. But on the weekends when we have time we like to try new dishes and really enjoy cooking together. We have a great chicken marsala and are getting better all the time at various German dishes. comfort food like meatloaf and mashed potatoes German food (Jaeger schnitzel and spaetzle!) Jaeger schnitzel! We love German food and when our favorite restaurant closed I had to learn how to make it myself. After 2 years I've finally gotten the hang of it. :) Coq au Vin...it was awful.
